Terms of use
Last updated 27 October 2026. Version 2026-10-27b.
These terms are the agreement between you and Selanto Apps about the Premium App Drops waitlist, your account and the codes you claim. They are short on purpose. If anything is unclear, email hello@premiumappdrops.com.
1. Who we are
Premium App Drops is run by Selanto Apps, the sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) of Antonio Cappiello, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under number 75803097. Our postal address is on our Legal page. "We" and "us" mean Selanto Apps.
2. What Premium App Drops is today
Premium App Drops has a waitlist, accounts, and free codes you can claim in each drop. Each drop has one or more apps. You can create an account now. Codes can be claimed once a drop opens. We plan Drop #001 for Friday 27 November 2026 at 15:00 UTC, with new drops every Friday after that. Dates can move. If they do, we email you.
Developers give away their own App Store and Google Play codes. We don't sell codes. The codes come from the developers, not from Apple or Google.
Extra terms will apply to developers who add an app. We'll show them to you before you use that feature.
3. Who can join
- You must be 16 or older.
- Use your own email address.
- One sign-up per person as a user, and one as a developer.
- Joining is free.
4. Emails
You join to get emails about the waitlist and new drops. Some emails include clearly marked sponsored spots. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email. Unsubscribing keeps your spot on the list. To leave the list completely, email us.
5. First pick
Everyone who confirms their spot gets first pick: each drop opens for you 30 minutes before it opens to everyone else. An account made at least 7 days before a drop opens gets the same first pick for that drop. First pick means earlier access, not a guaranteed code. Codes are limited, and each app in a drop has its own rules, such as countries, phone type and one code per account.
6. Your account
- You must be 16 or older. The first time you sign in, you confirm this and accept these terms. We save which version of the terms you accepted, and when.
- You can sign in with Apple, Google or a link we email you. Use your own email address, and keep your sign-in to yourself.
- One account per person. Email addresses that reach the same inbox in the usual ways count as one person for the limits in section 7. Examples are a plus tag (ann+drops@example.com is ann@example.com) and, for Gmail, dots (a.nn@gmail.com is ann@gmail.com).
- You can end this agreement at any time, without giving a reason and at no cost, with "End my account and withdraw" on your account page or by emailing us. This also covers any right of withdrawal you have under EU consumer law. We confirm it by email. The Privacy policy says what we delete and what stays.
- We may refuse a claim or close an account if you abuse the service or break these terms, for example with fake accounts, scripts or bots, or by selling codes. A ban covers the person, so it applies to every account that uses the same email address.
- A person at Selanto Apps decides every ban. If we close your account, we tell you why by email, unless the law or a safety reason stops us. You can reply to ask us to look at it again.
7. Claiming codes
- You get one code for each app in a drop. That is one per account and one per person, from the App Store or Google Play, not one from each.
- We may limit how many codes one account can claim in a calendar month (UTC).
- One claim per device for each app in a drop.
- Each drop stays open until the next Friday's drop opens, or until its codes run out.
- When many accounts claim one drop from the same network, we may check a claim before we show its code. Your code is kept for you while we check, usually within a day. If we find the claim breaks these rules, we cancel it and the code goes back to the drop.
- The country is decided by your network location when you claim. If a drop is limited to some countries and we can't tell where you are, you can't claim it.
- First pick works as described in section 5. It is earlier access, not a guaranteed code.
- The codes come from developers, not from us, Apple or Google. A developer can withdraw a code, and then it may stop working.
- You redeem a code in the App Store or Google Play, under Apple's or Google's terms and the app's own terms. A code can have an end date, and it may work only in some countries. The store may refuse it if you are not eligible, for example because you already have that offer or subscription. Redeem your code soon after you claim it.
- A code for a subscription gives you a free period. After that, the subscription renews at the full price unless you cancel it in the store before the free period ends.
- Codes are for your own use. Don't sell them, trade them or post them in public.
8. Referral reward
- Your share link is on your welcome page. When 3 people join with your link and confirm their email, your first pick opens 1 hour early instead of 30 minutes.
- Only new people count: not you, not your other email addresses, and not anyone who was already on the list.
- Share your link only with people who might want it. No spam, no bulk messages, no paid ads that use our name, no fake or bought sign-ups.
- The reward is earlier access only. It has no cash value, and you can't sell or transfer it. We never reward anyone with cash, extra codes, or anything to do with ratings or reviews.
- If we find fake or abusive referrals, we don't count them, and we may remove the reward or the sign-ups involved.
- If we change or end the referral reward, we email you before the change applies. A 1-hour first pick you have already earned stays for at least the 4 drops after the change takes effect.
9. Developers and Founding Indies
- Join as a developer only for apps you own or are allowed to act for, for example the company you work for. Before your first drop, you must verify that the app is yours.
- The first 100 developers to confirm their email get a Founding Indie spot, in the order they confirm. One spot per developer or company.
- A Founding Indie spot includes:
- an app page that stays up for 12 months after your last drop (3 months for other apps);
- the Founding Indie badge on your app page and your drops;
- one featured spot in our newsletter, used within 12 months of Drop #001, at a time we agree with you;
- personal help by email with setting up your first drop;
- 3 months of PricePush Pro free, if you start it by 27 February 2027. It renews at PricePush's normal price unless you cancel. PricePush's own terms apply.
- A person at Selanto Apps checks every app before its drop, and we can say no. We don't accept real-money gambling, adult content, dating apps, crypto trading or earn-money apps, VPNs or apps that hide or change your location, apps that track other people or need their accounts, or apps whose paid part does nothing real.
- Each drop has a limited number of spots. If the Friday you pick is full, we offer you a later one. Each store in your drop needs at least 25 codes.
- When a drop ends, the codes left are paused. We ask you whether to use them in your next drop. If you say no, they stay yours. We never move your codes into another developer's drop.
- Your spot lapses if you haven't added an app before Drop #003 opens.
- We can remove an app page or a Founding Indie spot if the app leaves the store, if you break these terms or the App Store or Google Play rules, if you abuse the service, or if Premium App Drops closes.
- The perks have no cash value and can't be sold or transferred.
- Drops are free for every developer. If we add paid extras later, they will be optional.
10. No reviews, ever
We never ask anyone to rate or review an app, and claiming a code never depends on a review. Developers must not ask the people who claim their codes for a store rating or review, or reward them for one.
11. Launch kit and other paid services
The launch kit is an optional paid service from Selanto Apps for developers. Before you pay, we agree by email what you get, the price and the timing, and the launch kit terms we send then apply. Buying it, or not buying it, never changes whether your app is accepted, when it appears or where it appears in a drop.
12. Sponsors and affiliate links
Some spots in our emails and on our pages are paid for, or use affiliate links that earn us a commission. We always label them. Sponsors never decide which apps get a drop.
13. Changes, and ending the service
We may change, pause or end the waitlist, the drops or these terms. If a change matters to you, we email you before it applies. If you don't agree, you can leave the list at any time. If we close Premium App Drops, we email you first.
14. Liability
Premium App Drops is free. We do our best to run it well, but we can't promise that it always works, that a drop happens on a given date, or that you get a code. We are not liable for losses caused by using the waitlist or by not being able to use it, except where the law doesn't allow us to limit our liability, for example when we cause damage on purpose or through gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer.
Apple and Google are not part of these terms and are not responsible for Premium App Drops.
15. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can take a claim to the courts there. Other disputes go to the District Court of Rotterdam (Rechtbank Rotterdam). Please email us first. Most problems are quicker to solve that way.
